Panglao Fun Dives - 2024

Panglao is considered among the best destinations for fun diving in the Philippines for several reasons. First and foremost the the abundance of dive sites pact in such a small area. Another reason for Panglao offering great fun dives is the all year round great weather. The water temperature is ideal for recreational diving and between 27-32 celsuis all throughout the year. Also, the currents around Panglao Island are usually weak and easy to dive in. For these reasons Alona is a very popular destination for scuba divers who want to enjoy fun dives in Bohol.

1 day? 3 days? One week or more? The longer the better… You can dive 3-4 times a day for a week and never have the same dive twice. If your time in Bohol is limited though, we think that 3 diving days in Alona are a must. We’d suggest one whole day of fun dives at Balicasag, another day or two for fun diving in the local sites around Panglao and Pamilacan, if your schedule permits it, and at least one night dive!
